We recommend users perform regular calibration alongside necessary maintenance to maintain product reliability and precision AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR: No matter how superior and precise the initial performance of an optical instrument is, its components will inevitably age after long-term use, affecting the instrument’s accuracy. Especially for online detection equipment, due to its long-term operation without downtime, wear and tear of moving parts and accumulation of dust will accelerate the aging of the instrument, leading to a decrease in its sensitivity and precision. Calibration and maintenance can keep the detection instrument in a state of high-precision measurement.

Maintenance Services

Service Standards›

Provide a quality guarantee period for the sold products as stipulated in the contract. The guarantee period ranges from 6 to 12 months depending on different products.
You can purchase an extended warranty service, and the quality guarantee period will be correspondingly extended to the time agreed in the extended warranty service contract.
Provide paid after-sales services beyond the warranty terms and after the guarantee period.
Continuously supply paid accessories for the sold products.
Provide free technical support for the sold products.
Enjoy occasional free software upgrades.

Working Hours and Repair Terms›

The daily working hours generally shall not exceed 8 hours. If a repair job takes less than 8 hours, it shall be counted as one day.
On-site timing starts from the recorded departure time and ends when leaving the Buyer’s location.
Generally, on-site repairs shall not exceed 3 working days. For severely damaged equipment, the repair period shall be agreed upon by both parties.
If return-to-factory repair is required, the Buyer shall bear the material costs, maintenance fees, and round-trip transportation costs of the equipment.

On-Site Services beyond Overseas Warranty Period›

The Buyer shall bear the round-trip transportation and accommodation costs for maintenance personnel, and shall be charged corresponding material costs and a maintenance service fee of RMB 2,400 per person per day.

On-Site Services within Overseas Warranty Period›

The Buyer shall bear the round-trip transportation and accommodation costs for maintenance personnel, while material costs and maintenance fees are waived.
If return-to-factory repair is required, the Buyer shall cover the round-trip transportation costs.
Where there are special provisions in the contract, such provisions shall prevail.

Note: Aoptek retains the right to modify the content, and the final terms shall be subject to the service contract.
