Provide a quality guarantee period for the sold products as stipulated in the contract. The guarantee period ranges from 6 to 12 months depending on different products.

You can purchase an extended warranty service, and the quality guarantee period will be correspondingly extended to the time agreed in the extended warranty service contract.

Provide paid after-sales services beyond the warranty terms and after the guarantee period.

Continuously supply paid accessories for the sold products.

Provide free technical support for the sold products.

Enjoy occasional free software upgrades.

The daily working hours generally shall not exceed 8 hours. If a repair job takes less than 8 hours, it shall be counted as one day.

On-site timing starts from the recorded departure time and ends when leaving the Buyer’s location.

Generally, on-site repairs shall not exceed 3 working days. For severely damaged equipment, the repair period shall be agreed upon by both parties.

If return-to-factory repair is required, the Buyer shall bear the material costs, maintenance fees, and round-trip transportation costs of the equipment.

The Buyer shall bear the round-trip transportation and accommodation costs for maintenance personnel, and shall be charged corresponding material costs and a maintenance service fee of RMB 2,400 per person per day.
